Living holistically within yourself is to live in a manner which honors the whole self, recognizing the mind-body-spirit connection, and the importance of balancing all aspects of one’s life in order to be one’s best self.
To live in balance with others – at a family, community and global level. Cultivating good and harmonious relationships with ourselves and with others.
To live in balance with the earth, its plants and animals.
To be in phase with the seasons, including eating food which is locally grown and in season (see Blue Zones for example). And with the cycles and rhythms of our world. The moon with its 28 day cycle determines so much in our lives and on earth – and yet is often ignored in western societies.
